Material on our sites is mostly provided by Accommodation Gateway ABN 62 298 895 865 trading as Accommodation Gateway. and employees (us, we, our).
We are simply a referral forum for short term holiday lets less than 60 days.
Register your accommodation property, with Accommodation Gateway travel portal on a commission only basis, that is, no confirmed reservation or booking, no fee.

Accommodation Gateway welcomes any kind of hotels, inns, resorts, villas, holiday home, B&B, hostel or hotel and apartments.

Your establishment may be independent or chain, first class or budget, large or small. Use our system on the Web to increase exposure, revenue and room occupancy. Accommodation Gateway will make your business information, including room descriptions, facilities, photos, maps, rates accessible to the finger tip of any traveler worldwide.

Commission only model
There is no sign-up cost to join Accommodation Gateway. We offer our service on a no reservation or confirmed booking, no fee basis. Hotel partners only pay commission on actual room sales made through Accommodation Gateway.

Guests pay directly to hotel
Accommodation Gateway does not charge a reservation fee or pre-payment from the guest.

Marketing worldwide
Accommodation Gateway helps you achieve global online marketing without making any investments.

You are not charged any thing for listing.

When there is a confirmed booking made via Accommodation Gateway at our business website http://www.accommodationgateway.com.au, you agree to our charges as follows when you make a registration with us and list your property :

Our charges: We charge you 10% GST inclusive of total booking paid by guests.

Or we charge a fixed advertising fee of $99 per annum for short listings that are NOT providing accommodation 12 months of the year. This billing option is only available to property owners not proving accommodation 12 months of the year and must be paid in advance before a listing is made after registration.

Note: Only one of the above is applicable for any one property owner or agent.

A property owner as defined, may not actually be the registered proprietor of the property - they may be a manager or agent - please see the definition of owner.

You are not charged for an inquiry. We send you an email after the person has made a booking enquiry to see if they are confirmed and then again after the departure date to confirm our referral commission. We then send you the bill for payment which will be due within 7 days

We work on an honesty policy. By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to pay us for bookings made initially through our website http://www.accommodationgateway.com.au

We make some verification checks and when a complaint is made about a property we try to verify that complaint and if proven to our satisfaction we remove the advertising material or keep it depending on the outcome.

Reliance and Waiver
we will not accept any claim, by you in relying on any material contained in, or omitted from our sites, whether due to our negligence, or the negligence or even dishonesty of renters or owners. In return for access to or the publication of material on our site you agree not to make any claim against us

Privacy Policy

We treat the personal information of users of our site with respect and confidentiality and take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. If at any stage you have information we have stored that you wish to change please let us know and we will not only amend.

By submitting your material on our sites, either as a renter or an owner you agree, you ask us to email and/or SMS your personal information to the owner or renter, as the case may be. Your personal information which we collect and retain may also be used, by us, to promote or inform you of our other products or services, which may interest you. You may notify us at any time that you no longer wish to receive marketing or promotional material by emailing toni@accommodationgateway.com.au with REMOVE written in the subject line, and you will be removed from any e-mail lists. Your personal information will never be provided to any other party for their use.

Acceptable use: Your use of our sites
a condition of your use of our sites is that you promise not to use our sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions or by other applicable laws or regulations.
You agree:
1. You will not include false or misleading material on our sites, or material that might be false or misleading
2. You agree to indemnify us for any claim, direct or indirect, on a complete indemnity basis including our legal costs, whether contributed to by our own negligence or otherwise that arises from any breach of copyright or intellectual property rights on material uploaded us on your behalf .
3. You agree to allow us to advertise your property worldwide. (See Copyright section)

We reserve the right to edit or remove any material on our sites at any time at our absolute discretion.

The links on our sites to other sites operated by other parties are not under our control. Following a link to other sites is done at your own risk. Any advertising appearing on those sites is not an endorsement by us.

Copyright
Copyright is claimed by us to the extent we are able to claim for all material on our sites. Other than using it for your own personal use, that material may not otherwise be used or copied without our prior written approval or the prior written approval of the person or corporation who owns it, a copy which approval you will provide to us if we request it.
By placing advertising material on our sites you give us a license to use that material, including altering it in any way, allowing us to use it as we see fit in any media anywhere in the world for the promotion of or information about our sites or business or software, and you will not make a claim against us for breach of copyright or intellectual property in that material

Governing Laws
The laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia, govern these terms and conditions. You as a renter or owner, regardless of the situation of the property, or where you are located, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Renters
You agree not to claim against us for the failure of a booking, for whatever reason.
If you are intending to stay at one of the properties described on our sites, you must rely entirely in your own enquiries and satisfy yourself as to the accuracy of the material on our sites. Whilst we may provide the initial means of contact between you, and the property we take no responsibility whatsoever for any transaction entered into between you and the owner.
We cannot promise that
1. The person administering a property is the owner or registered proprietor of that property.
2. That they have appropriate safety standards or insurance coverage.

The prices are fixed by the owner, we have absolutely no involvement in determining the:
1. Price, value, suitability or of the safety for you or those accompanying you on any stay.
In return for your access to material on our site you agree not to make any claim against us. You agree to leave the property in a condition similar to that in which you found it and to report all damage and loss to the owner.

Owners
You agree to use this site only for advertising short term lets (less than 60 days per stay). You agree that in return for the services specified on our site and in e-mails sent to you, you will pay the amounts specified for those services within 30 days of the invoice being forwarded to you and that if you do not pay that invoice your material may be removed from publication and we may commence proceedings against you for any money you owe us at our discretion.

You agree not to claim against us for the failure of a booking, for whatever reason.
We take reasonable care to transcribe your material into an online format. However, we reserve the right to edit or condense material in any way we see fit and you agree not to claim against us for any change we make. In consideration of the publication of material you supply to us you agree not to make any claim against us including anything caused by our negligence. We reserve the right to refuse any material based completely on our own discretion.
In renting out your property you must rely entirely on your own enquiries and satisfy yourself as to the accuracy of the material sent to you by our site or appearing on our site, Whilst we may provide the initial means of contact between you, and the renter we take no responsibility whatsoever for any transaction entered into between you and the renter. You agree to make no claim for:

1. The conduct or behavior of renters,
2. Anything from a failed booking
3. The non-payment of a tariff or rent
4. The state in which the property is left, or
5. Damage which may be done to the property or neighbors
6. The loss of any data or records stored by us.

In consideration for the publication of your material on our site you agree not to make any claim against us.

You agree to provide material that is truthful about the property, that is quiet, clean and safe to use as a rental property and that you have appropriate insurance cover for your own losses and claims that might be made against you by renters their guests and your neighbors. Where renters do not have exclusive use of the property or facilities this should be clearly explained.

Definitions
Negligence: wherever used includes our negligence as well as the deliberate or negligent acts of others
Sites: means all websites, Internet access portals, URL's capable of being accessed by a browser, including WAP and other formats operated and maintained by you
Owner(s): the person or company who represents themselves to us as the registered proprietors, agent, or administrator of the property
Stay: means the period of the rental of the property, to be less than 60 days per stay.

Material: means Text, graphics, photos, other media and or any information on our sites
Us, we, our: means Govisual ABN 62291143771 trading as Accommodation Gateway and employees
Truth: Means reliability, accuracy or completeness
Claim: means a demand for payment, or rectification, or publication whether by litigation or otherwise and includes the loss or damage claimed and legal costs incurred
Promise: means a guarantee, warranty or representation
Renter(s): means person seeking to enquire about or stay at properties referred to in material on our sites

User Agreement

The information presented by this siteis deemed to be accurate, but it has not been independently verified. We make no guarantee, warranty or representation. It is the user's responsibility to independently confirm accuracy and completeness.

User Conduct
User agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treatises and regulations in connection with the service. The user agrees to not transmit or post information that is harmful to other members.

Termination
This website in its sole discretion, may terminate user's password, account or use of the service and remove and discard any data within the service if user fails to comply with this Agreement. User may terminate the service upon notice to this website at any time; however, user will not receive a refund of any portion of fees paid. Upon termination, user's rights to use the service, web solutions, domain name, design and associate technologies will also terminate.

Indemnification
User shall indemnify and hold e1solutions and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of, or in connection with user's use of the service (including the content) or breach of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall this website aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by user in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such a claim. In no event shall e1 Solutions be liable to anyone for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any type or kind arising out of, or in any way connected with this service, including but not limited to user's use or inability to use the service or for any content obtained from or through the service, even if e1 solutions has been
